Policy. Politics. Governance.
An ecosystem designed to help future leaders understand how public systems function in practice.
Why PPGF exists?
Every political system produces leaders. But only strong institutions produce leaders who are prepared to govern. The Policy, Politics and Governance Foundation (PPGF) was established to develop individuals who understand how policy is designed, how politics operates, and how governance systems function in practice.
India’s democratic institutions are complex, dynamic, and constantly evolving. Engaging with them requires more than academic knowledge. It requires exposure to real-world decision-making, institutional processes, and political realities. PPGF provides this exposure of the highest order.
Through fellowships, internships, and intellectual initiatives, the foundation connects emerging talent with practitioners working across policy, politics, and governance, creating pathways into India’s institutional ecosystem.
The Philosophy
behind PPGF
India’s governance ecosystem sits at the intersection of policy, politics, and governance—where policy sets
the nation’s direction, politics reflects the public mandate, and governance turns ideas into meaningful action.
The Long-Term Vision
PPGF aims to nurture leaders with intellectual depth and institutional understanding, strengthening India’s policy ecosystem by fostering informed, analytical, and responsible engagement with policy, politics, and governance with a commitment to insttitutional development.
